The Network Support Engineer job is answerable for settling messenger-initiated support tickets within the metric targets set up by the Management Team. This post handles support tickets raised from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Network/Systems support obligations, and handles on-site implementation assignments, for example, network switchgear, wireless access points, firewalls, and printers. This job also manages client expectations, recognizes trends and issues in the process and delivery, and is measured by overall response times, turnaround times, use, and consumer satisfaction scores.

Job Responsibilities:
· Set up, install, troubleshoot, and look after routers, switches, workstations, printers, trimmers, and other peripherals
· Fill in as a technical update point for the support team
· Develop and execute best organization and business policies and norms
· Install, configure, and maintain VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft based and cloud-based environments
· Implement technology in client networks within particular work areas and time schedules
· Orchestrate advanced support tickets from the Remote Operations Center team
· Ensure messenger records are upgraded with change data after the implementation of the task
Skills required:
· Experience with VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft based and cloud-based environments
· Working knowledge on WAN/LAN technologies.
· Solid technical skills with the capacity to keep learning in a steadily changing environment
